es, we specialize in OEM/ODM projects. You can send us your sketches, references, or 3D files, and our design team will support mold development, material selection, and surface finishing.
2. What is your MOQ?
For our existing designs, the MOQ is 50 pcs per style.
For custom designs, the MOQ is 1,000–2,000 pcs, depending on the material and complexity.
Please note that mold fees are required upfront for custom items.
3. Can you provide samples? How long does sampling take?
Yes, samples are available.
Standard items: 3–7 days
Custom items: 10–20 days depending on the mold and complexity
Sample fees are refundable upon mass order.
4. What materials do you use? Are they safe?
We use high-quality porcelain, stoneware, glass, crystal, resin, and metal alloys.
All materials comply with international safety standards and can provide SGS / Intertek / LFGB / FDA (if tableware-related) test reports upon request.
5. What is your production lead time?

Regular orders: 25–40 days
Custom & molded products: 35–55 days
Actual lead time may vary depending on quantity and season.
